Former officer who distributed jobs to bounty hunters. He worked for the Duck Hunters (State Patrol) and gave out jobs that the state didn’t want to have to deal with.
Gave a number of jobs to Ereshki
One of Do-bul’s only childhood friends, because Do-bul was fat.
